Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps you recover from injury, surgery, or pain. We utilize exercise, massage, joint mobilization, and other treatment methods to help you recover as quickly as possible and return to your active lifestyle. We are "orthopedic" physiotherapists.  This means that we help with pain or injury arising from muscles, bones, joints, ligaments, and tendons.

We specialize in:

  • sports and performance injuries

  • sprains and strains

  • tendonitis

  • back/neck/shoulder/elbow/wrist/hip/knee/ankle/foot pain

  • movement dysfunctions

  • post-operative recovery

  • postpartum recovery

  • ...and so many more

We are not specialists in:

  • neurological disorders (stroke, TBI, Parkinson's, etc.)

  • non-musculoskeletal pediatric conditions (delayed motor milestones, cerebral palsy, etc.)

  • cardio-pulmonary physiotherapy ("cardic rehab")

  • lymphedema management

What is the difference between physiotherapy and physical therapy?

There is no difference! "Physical Therapy" and "Physical Therapist" are terms specific to the United States and because we work globally, we have chosen to utilize the terms most recognized throughout the world.

We're happy to speak with you to help you determine if our services are right for you. If not, we'll assist you in finding a provider who is a better fit.
