Dance Strong with Next Level PT Orlando

We are excited to offer an online strength and conditioning program focused on

dance specific strengthening and injury prevention. 

 

Dance Strong Targets:

Core strength

Hip strength

Ankle strength

Postural strength

Flexibility

Balance

Endurance

When: At your convenience! Recommended twice per week for 4 weeks.

Where: In the studio, gym, or at home!

Prefer a live class? We have options for you!

  1. Find at least 3 friends and we will create a DISCOUNTED group class just for your group!

  2. We offer private, 1-on-1 sessions tailored specifically to address YOUR needs!

 

Dance Strong is a progressive program - delivered right to your e-mail inbox twice per week for 4 weeks. The program includes video instruction to guide your experience. You do not need any equipment to participate .
